Schisandra chinensis is a medicinal plant with adaptogenic and stimulant properties. It has a long history of use in the traditional medicine of China and is one of the 50 fundamental herbs in Chinese herbology.

Dosage and administration

The dosage is 20-30 drops dissolved in a small amount of water, taken 2-3 times a day 30 minutes before a meal. The duration of the treatment course is 30-40 days.
